Vijaya Rane is a quiet worker who gets things done efficiently without making it look like an effort. Whether it’s managing logistics for an in-house event, coordinating travel for the team or sorting through paperwork, she operates behind the scenes and makes all the pieces come together. She attributes her working style to the proactive, collaborative and positive environment at Lightbox.

After graduating in commerce from Kelkar College, Vijaya started her career with education consulting firm The Red Pen before moving to Lightbox to work across the administration and operations functions.

Family is extremely important for Vijaya and this includes colleagues at Lightbox. Food, she admits, is her one true love and cooking is a passion.
