From troubleshooting bugs on laptops to figuring out the most secure way to enable the team to use a new software tool, Rohan More will always find a way to make it happen. Present him with a challenge and he will turn it into an opportunity to learn and develop new skills, which ranges from managing audio-visuals for Lightbox’s internal events to learning how to edit videos. He’s simply wired to keep hammering away at a problem, sometimes late into the night, till he’s found the best possible solution.

After graduating in information technology from Mumbai University, Rohan joined Cleartrip where he managed IT for the company for nearly seven years. This was followed by a three-year stint as systems administrator at Lionbridge Technologies. He moved to Lightbox in 2016 and has been part of the core operations team since then. He particularly looks forward to Lightbox’s annual investor conference because of the opportunity to experience new technologies in putting together the IT infrastructure for the event.

Outside of work, Rohan plays the piano, catches up on music, engages in amateur photography and indulges his love for food.
