Himanshi is a corporate lawyer with core competencies in the M&A, private equity, venture capital, and fintech spaces. She has catered to varying functionalities including the end-to-end deal cycle, nuanced commercial contracts, and business-oriented corporate advisory for marquee clients and innovative startups.

Prior to joining Lightbox, Himanshi worked at Lex Consult and Khaitan & Co, closely advising senior management and investors across multiple jurisdictions. 

An alumnus of SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law (Mumbai University), Himanshi has been brought up in Mumbai, perpetually inspired and molded by the hustle, bustle and energy of the city. She has always been interested in investments and particularly, in observing and reading about the journeys of growth stage startups and their dynamic impact on the world of regulations, technology, business and society. 

Outside of work, she is passionate about mountaineering, travel, cooking, indulging in new cuisines, canvas painting and art.
