During the senior year of her major in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Economics, Devashri became a founding team member to Konsalidon Consulting and supported building and commercializing the business within a year of inception. Her passion towards business and strategy brought her to Mumbai in 2017 to work at the Tata Group headquarters to manage their new ventures, investments in early stage startups and incubate Tata’s new businesses.

In her three years with the conglomerate, Devashri worked closely with businesses in the healthcare and Edtech space – from laying foundation of new ventures to scaling the existing portfolio. She is a founding team member to Tata’s next consumer business. Her passion for strategy and the brewing potential in the Indian startup ecosystem brought her to Lightbox to scout and support the next generation of tech-led consumer businesses.

In her free time, you would often find Devashri with a pen and paper penning her thoughts down. On a quiet evening, she likes to sit by her windowsill to write about the cacophony of our everyday lives.
