Ashish Bhargava played integral operating roles in India's consumer sector before moving to the private equity universe to steer emerging companies towards success.

He started his career in the FMCG sector and worked with Marico for over a decade. As head of marketing at Marico he was involved in building some of India's most well known FMCG brands. In 2008, he decided to change lanes and bring his operating expertise to private equity and joined Mumbai-based True North (earlier known as India Value Fund Advisors).

Ashish joined Lightbox in 2024 and works closely with portfolio companies on multiple operational aspects including sales and marketing and leadership development.

He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.
