Pallavi is part of the Investments team at Lightbox, where she focuses on identifying high-growth sectors and evaluating how emerging startups align with Lightbox’s long-term vision. She’s passionate about partnering with bold founders tackling complex problems and reimagining how India works, learns, and consumes.

Born and raised in Delhi, Pallavi holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Before joining Lightbox, she worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, advising clients across technology, financial services, and the public sector to reduce risk and drive growth.

Outside of work, she’s usually planning her next adventure, on the hunt for the perfect flat white, or enthusiastically pretending to understand contemporary art.
